You will love staying at Ocean Shores 4, escape for a holiday with family or friends, you won't be disappointed.

Located so close to the beach you can hear the waves as you fall asleep at night, walk through the complex, across the bridge and you are at the beach. At the front of the complex is a creek, the kids will love watching the water dragons as they relax in the sun, pack their fishing rods and they can try their hand at catching a fish. Don't forget to bring their bikes and they can ride along the path to the park.

This two bedroom unit has everything you need to make your stay extremely comfortable, including reverse cycle air conditioning. A brand new kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher.

Spacious living area with a comfortable lounge to sit back and relax and watch your favourite game of football on the flat screen television.

The bedrooms are located upstairs. Main bedroom has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, single bed and a trundle. The main bathroom consists of a shower and toilet. We don't supply linen, all the beds have mattress protector, pillow case, pillow, quilt and quilt cover. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels, bath mat, tea towels You will also need to bring your own washing powder, kitchen detergent, soap and toilet paper, etc.

While we ensure that all beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, and quilt covers, we kindly ask guests to bring their own sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. Additionally, guests are expected to provide their own laundry detergent, dish soap, personal soap, and toilet paper among other personal necessities.

The internal laundry is located downstairs with a washing machine and dryer, also located in the laundry is a second shower and toilet.

Large lock up garage with a clothes line for those wet days.

For additional entertainment for the children there is a pool located in the complex.

As you will be staying in the heart of South West Rocks you can park your car and walk to the beach and local restaurants.

Whether you love fishing, swimming, snorkelling, surfing or taking in a bit of history at the Trial Bay Gaol or Smoky Cape Lighthouse, this is a great place to escape and is the ideal family retreat by the beach perfect for year-round swimming.

South West Rocks is popular as a holiday destination for its variety of beaches including Horseshoe Bay, Main Beach, Little Bay, Gap Beach, North Smoky and Smoky Beach. Beginners and experienced surfers will both find waves to suit them or take a surf lesson with Trent Munro Surf Academy.

Fish Rock Cave, 2 km offshore, is one of the best cave dives in the country, a 125-m passage through the centre of a small island, with an amazing variety of marine life including grey nurse sharks, turtles and spotted eagle rays.

The area has a rich heritage set on cliffs high above the sea, Trial Bay Gaol was built in the 1880s to house prisoners and then as an internment camp for Germans and Austrians living in Australia during World War 11. Smoky Cape Lighthouse is one of the oldest, and tallest, lighthouses in NSW.

    Was very happy about the ultentiles in the apartment it only had a small frypan as big as a small plate which wasn’t helpful when cooking breakfast for 6 people so I had to go buy a bigger frypan which cost me $45.00 there was only 1 teaspoon so I had to go buy more also wasn’t enough cooking untentiles also there was no air conditioning up stairs the fans on stands were a hazard for my granddaughters as they could have cut there foot open as the stand had no stand cover on them the air conditioning in the kitchen kept on leaking so we stopped using it which wasn’t good for my family on the hot days also the pool area had a toilet and shower which we didn’t have a key too so if you needed to use the bathroom you would have to walk back to your room.Overall the amount of money I spent on that place I would not book that apartment again

    Summer mornings at the beach and park, middle of the day recovery and rest and epic afternoons exploring! Air conditioning provided some relief from the heat. Would love to see that option available for the evenings upstairs, however the fans provided and the sound of the waves crashing works too! Smokers in the surrounding units did impact the ability to keep windows open upstairs. Would love it if the units could be a smoke free zone, but recognise that maybe out of your control. Hoping to stay here again next year!!

    Upon entry we found a very neat, clean and presentable holiday apartment for our stay and it was a great start to our week. A fully equipped holiday apartment with a very central location with easy walk to restaurants, beach and small supermarket as advertised. It is only a short drive to larger IGA or Coles supermarkets. Good communication with agent from booking date. I have been to SWR many times but not stayed in this area so gave a different view to the town. Lock up garage a plus but low door meant I had to dismantle roof carrier on car. Only item missing in kitchen was a steamer for vegetables on saucepan. We made two day trips north to Coffs Harbour and towns in between and found Clog Barn at Coffs great, the Butterfly Farm and dinosaur exhibit near Sawtell definitely worth a visit and boardwalk at Urunga a must do. Excellent dining at Clog Barn, Butterfly Farm and Chinese restaurant at Nambucca Heads. Chinese restaurant at SWR was an easy two minute walk and has great food and service, found the fish and chips or the Bakery close by a good lunch. It is an easy five minute walk to Horseshoe Bay beach or small creek near property and safe for families to enjoy the water. I am certainly recommending this property to family and friends as we had a great time. We plan to return.
