Bronte Court 3, now under new ownership and refreshed with updated furnishings, presents a cozy unit in the bustling heart of town. It boasts amenities such as air conditioning, a television, and breathtaking water vistas overlooking South West Rocks Main Beach, Trial Bay, and Arakoon.

The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that leads out to a spacious balcony, perfect for unwinding with a barbecue while admiring the beautiful scenic views.

Bronte Court 3 accommodates up to 8 guests. Upstairs, you'll find the main bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom with a bath, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a single bed, and a trundle bed, and a third bedroom with two single beds and the main bathroom. Additionally, downstairs there's a powder room and an internal laundry equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, and separate toilet.

Conveniently park in the secure car park and enjoy easy access to the beach, headland, restaurants, shops, and playground within walking distance. Alternatively, explore the bike path leading to Arakoon and Trial Bay Gaol.

While we ensure that all beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, and quilt covers, we kindly ask guests to bring their own sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. Guests are expected to provide their own laundry detergent, dish soap, personal soap, and toilet paper, among other personal necessities. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided
