This three bedroom cottage located opposite the beach access and a short stroll from the creek and shops. Open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Relax in the cosy living area that has a new LCD TV, DVD player. The main bedroom has a Queen Bed, the second and third bedrooms have 2 single beds in each. Terrific rear yard with gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. Garage access for bikes and surf boards etc. Please note this property is Pet Friendly , however your furry friends must remain outdoors. Under no circumstances are you furry friends allowed inside. Please note that there is no back fence but a thick hedge acts as a barrier. Front covered balcony to relax after a day at the beach. Carport & room for boat. Internal laundry. Please note that sheets and towels are not supplied however can be hired for an additional fee, please contact our office and we will arrange this for you. We know you will enjoy your holiday at beautiful Hat Head and look forwarding to hearing from you. A $40 Booking Fee plus a separate Cleaning Fee Applies to all bookings. PID-STRA-21890 HAT HEAD Hat Head is the Ideal fishing village surrounded by Hat Head National Park and the best in pristine & unspoiled beaches. The beaches, sand dunes, rainforest and wetlands offer an ideal backdrop for bushwalking and relaxing. Launch your trailer boat from the creek side ramp with adjacent fish cleaning facilities also available - all only, a minute's drive, just past the Bowling Club. There are a lot of walking tracks to choose from, and visitors can also enjoy bird watching. Birdwatchers can look for black swans and spoonbills in the parks wetlands, hawks and eagles soaring above beach cliffs and shorebirds like curlews and plovers around the beach. Hat Head National Park is a great place to go whale watching during the annual whale migration which takes place from June to November.

No frypan in kitchen,no batteries in clocks, heater is poor, we used the stove and oven to heat the house, price has gone up significantly, we will be looking at cheaper options next time, prior to this visit we were happy with the price , property is rundown, lino in kitchen needs fixing, benches in kitchen needs fixing, location is perfect, across the road from beach reserve
