Escape to a nicely renovated holiday home that will impress you from the moment you walk through the door. This immaculately presented three-bedroom house boasts a brand new kitchen and bathrooms, stylish finishes throughout, and fully ducted air conditioning for your comfort.

Enjoy free WIFI and ceiling fans throughout the property.

The main bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 singles and a fold-up bed for additional guests. Large windows in the bedrooms provide excellent airflow. The main bathroom has a separate shower and a bath for a relaxing soak. We don't supply linen, all the beds have mattress protector, pillow case, pillow, quilt and quilt cover. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels, bath mat, tea towels You will also need to bring your own washing powder, kitchen detergent, rubbish bags, soap and toilet paper, etc.

Step outside to the spacious rear entertainment area, complete with an outdoor setting and BBQ for you to relax while the kids play in the backyard.

A double garage and rear lane access provide ample space for your car and fishing gear. The laundry also features a second refrigerator for your convenience.

Take a short 5-minute walk to the town's attractions, including the beach, creek, and club, with beach access No. 7 just 200m away. Keep an eye out for migrating whales as you walk along the beach or grab a delicious burger or fish and chips from the local shop.

While we ensure that all beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, and quilt covers, we kindly ask guests to bring their own sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. Additionally, guests are expected to provide their own laundry detergent, dish soap, personal soap, and toilet paper among other personal necessities.

    We really enjoyed our stay at Briney Mia. This home was comfortable, spacious and a great price for the size and what it had to offer. The backyard was great for the kids to kick around a ball, and the beach had easy access from the property. We loved how well stocked the kitchen was and how clean and tidy the house was. We definitely would recommend to others and will be coming back for another stay in the future.

    The house is in a great location good size with everything you need even bedding only things we needed where sheets, towels toiletries etc. Good laundry and a great kitchen and living area to relax, big back yard and a double garage to keep boards and bikes we had a great time would recommend this rental to anyone.
